"Pet Parts" is an in progress dark comedy video built entirely with locally run AI tools. Initial images are generated with Flux Dev 2, then animated through LTX 2.3 image-to-video workflows and paired with custom audio samples to drive dynamic, lip-synced voice performances. All dialogue and scripting is handwritten. Voice acting performance is recorded separately and used to drive the videos. It's the first piece in "Cursed Commercials," an upcoming horror comedy series launching on Instagram and YouTube.
